Each party maintains separate business operations, licensing (if any), and compliance responsibilities. 1. Georgia Lending Compliance Notice
Atlanta Private Money Group is not a licensed lender under the Georgia Industrial Loan Act (O.C.G.A. § 7-3-1 et seq.) and does not make consumer or commercial loans. Atlanta Private Money Group operates solely as a funding consulting and facilitation service.
ROK Financial is an independent third-party funding company. Any funding decisions are made solely by ROK Financial or its funding partners.
2. No Mortgage Brokerage Activity
Atlanta Private Money Group is not a licensed mortgage broker, mortgage lender, or mortgage loan originator under the Georgia Residential Mortgage Act (O.C.G.A. § 7-1-1000 et seq.). Atlanta Private Money Group does not negotiate, place, or underwrite residential mortgage loans.
3. Commercial & Business Purpose Transactions
All services provided through Atlanta Private Money Group and its partnership with ROK Financial are intended exclusively for business-purpose, investment, or commercial transactions. No services are offered for owner-occupied consumer residential loans.
4. Securities & Investment Disclaimer
Atlanta Private Money Group does not offer or sell securities. Nothing on this platform constitutes an offer or solicitation of securities.
Any investor or lender introductions are made independently, and all parties make their own financial decisions.
5. Usury & Interest Rates
Atlanta Private Money Group does not set, negotiate, or control interest rates, loan terms, or repayment schedules. All rates, terms, and conditions are determined solely by ROK Financial or its third-party lending partners in accordance with applicable Georgia and federal laws.
6. No Fiduciary Duty
No fiduciary relationship is created between clients, Atlanta Private Money Group, or ROK Financial. Atlanta Private Money Group acts solely as an independent consultant and facilitator, not as a lender, broker, or advisor.
7. Governing Law
All matters arising from this disclosure shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
