For more than 24 years, HomeAid Georgia has worked to help people experiencing or at risk of homelessness, helping to foster new lives through construction, community engagement and education. Homed Georgia’s annual awards celebrate supporters who go above and beyond to help build a future without homelessness. This year we honored the HomeMade 2025 award winners at the Greater Atlanta Home Builders’ Holiday Party.

Builder of the Year: Taylor Morrison
Taylor Morrison has been a steadfast supporter of Humid Georgia since 2017, consistently advancing the three pillars of the organization’s mission: building, community engagement and education. Its contributions to 2025 alone demonstrate its deep commitment to building stronger communities.
This year, Taylor Morrison made a special impact as Homebuilder Captain for the new administration and reception center for the North Georgia Angel House, which was dedicated in July. The team also made great strides with the Boulder captaincy, which is slated for completion early next year. Beyond these projects, the company continues to provide generous financial support as a fundraising sponsor and regularly participates in Care Days to offer support.
Among the many outstanding builders supporting homesteading, Taylor Morrison stands out for completing not one but two major projects in 2025. It is an achievement that reflects both dedication and exceptional leadership.
